Coronavirus Video Series: Health, Education, Election Protection and Social Justice

Hosted by Middletown (DE) Alumnae in partnership with Wilmington, Dover, and Sussex chapters of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

As a follow-up to our Coronavirus Virtual Townhall arose a need to ensure that accurate information and public awareness are made available to all living in Delaware.   In the forthcoming months, video presentations which will include interviews with Delaware citizens for their insight, experience, and valuable information about businesses, education, voter registration, election protection, racial inequities, and social justice across the State of Delaware.

Two parents discuss the option to return to school or remain in a virtual environment--Dr. Jacqueline Washington and Lindsey Sanford. 

Ms. D'Veda Mitchell, the mother of two school-aged children, discusses the impact the pandemic has had on her As it relates to work-life balance and the current social climate.
