Local Service Projects

 

Cuts For Kids; annual event through various partnerships that offers free haircuts for students in the Middletown, Odessa, Townsend, and Delaware City communities for back to school. Parenting resources, back-to-school supplies, and exposure to our other youth initiatives.

 

Adopt-a-Family, support at least one (1) family throughout the year. We also include additional families that have been referred from other resources. Parenting resources, back-to-school supplies, exposure to our other youth initiatives and inclusion in other outreach efforts are just some of the support provided to those in the community who are less fortunate.

 

Thanksgiving Baskets; through the generous donations of our members, partner organizations and the community at large, a holiday meal with all of the trimmings is provided to families in need in Middletown, Odessa, Townsend, Delaware City, Port Penn, St. Georges, and Clayton.
