Join the Movement and decrease your Risk for Diabetes with the Ladies of the Middletown (DE) Alumnae Chapter at our Annual Health Fair on May 20, 2023 at Redding Middle School from 10 am to 2 pm. Improve your health with free information and health screenings.

Know your risk for diabetes, mental health and other common illnesses. Fight the deadly Impact Diabetes has on our Community. Free Hands Only CPR Demonstrations, Information, Entertainment and activities for the entire family.

Event Description:

The Community Health & Wellness Expo is an outdoor health fair open to anyone in the community. A focus on mental health awareness and diabetes prevention. Health related vendors available to provide counseling, guidance and information. Health screenings including blood pressure, blood sugar, cancer, vision , dental and mental health. Music, face painting , food trucks and fitness activities for the entire family.

30 Mile 30 Day Challenge

Take on a 30 mile/30 day challenge and join the Middletown(DE) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, INC. in making a difference. Lets decrease our risk for Type II Diabetes and raise awareness in our community.

What: 30 Mile/30 Day Diabetes Prevention and Awareness Challenge

When: Friday April 21st - Saturday May 20th
